Eusebia Jimenez
Uribe
Dec 4, 1938 — Mar 30, 2026
Descanse en Paz
Eusebia J. Uribe was born in 1938 in Nayarit, Mexico, began a new chapter in the United States in 1965 when she married Eriberto Uribe. Even as a young girl, her brilliance was unmistakable, she was an exceptionally smart student who finished school early, a sign of the sharp mind and determination that would define her entire life.
She carried with her a heart of gold, generous to a fault, always ready to help anyone in need. She was known for her kindness and her willingness to go above and beyond, even loaning out her husband's truck against his wishes if it meant helping someone.
A devoted mother, she raised four children and was dearly loved by her stepchildren. Her love extended to her many grandchildren, great‑grandchildren, nieces, nephews, siblings, neighbors, and friends. Family was the heart of her life, and she held her loved ones close with unwavering devotion.
Her home was a place of comfort and welcome, where the door was always open and a cup of coffee with pan dulce was never far behind.
Eusebia was the neighborhood carpool mom, the PTA treasurer, and the quiet force who kept everything running. Though she was a homemaker, her intelligence and secretarial skills made her a natural community advocate, the person people turned to when something needed to get done. She loved her husband deeply, yet she lived with a spirited independence that everyone admired. Somehow, she always managed to do things her way and still have dinner on the table right on time. Her husband knew she was often up to something, and he even had a nickname for her because of it.
She was a loving, supportive, and sometimes stern mother — the perfect balance that shaped generations. Those who knew her felt her warmth instantly. Those who loved her felt it for a lifetime.
Eusebia passed at the age of 87, leaving behind a legacy of love that has been felt profoundly in the days since her passing. God truly blessed her family and community with a remarkable woman, one whose generosity, strength, intelligence, and spirit will continue to live on in every life she touched.
